Marlee Hyeronimus: Choreographer
Marlee met Angela over 10 years ago at Stage Craft Studios, where she became such a valued member of the teaching staff. Even Marlee is not sure why she still works with Angela, except to say that there is some sense of craziness that is mildly appealing to her. Choreography for Avenue Q just seems like a natural extension of that silliness. Marlee joined Campbelltown Theatre group in 2006 for Seussical and has been involved in many shows since. Marlee has been backstage, onstage and in production teams for many shows such as Cosi, To Kill a Mockingbird, Calamity Jane, Assistant Director for The Wiz and as choreographer for Journey and Hair. Marlee also works at Commotion School of Performing Arts, teaching drama and musical theatre and is their resident Performing Arts Coordinator. In 2010, Marlee worked on High School Musical, taking on the challenging role of Assitant Choreographer and Disney fan. Marlee is relishing the chance to make boxes, fruit, glued fluff and every now and then people move, to create the joy of this wonderful musical.
